*Weather & Natural Disaster Policy: In the event of inclement weather (rain, strong winds, etc.) or natural disasters, the use of the outdoor BBQ grill and terrace may be restricted for safety reasons.

*BBQ Safety Regulations: For safety reasons, the lighting of the grill charcoal must be done strictly by hotel staff and is only available before 18:00 (staff operating hours). The BBQ grill is available only upon separate advanced request.

*Smoking is strictly prohibited inside both the room and the outdoor terrace area.

*Alcoholic beverages, drinks, and all food ingredients must be purchased individually by the guest.

*Please exercise extreme caution regarding fire and personal safety when using the outdoor terrace. The hotel holds no civil or criminal liability for accidents caused by guest negligence.

[Room Guidelines]

All rooms are strictly non-smoking. A penalty of 200,000 KRW will be charged for smoking inside the room, and you will be immediately evicted without a refund.

A fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged for lost room keys. Please keep them secure.

For safety and hygiene reasons, indoor slippers provided in the room must not be worn outside the room (e.g., hallways, lobby).

Extra bedding can be requested at 11,000 KRW per set, per night.

[Policies Regarding Minors]

Minors (under 19 years old) are only permitted to stay when accompanied by a legal guardian or parent.

Co-ed (mixed-gender) staying of 3 or more minors who are not immediate family members is strictly prohibited.

Identification (Passport/ID) of all staying guests will be verified at the front desk upon check-in.

If any violation of minor policies or suspected illegal activities are found, accommodation will be refused immediately, and no refund will be issued.
