Regulations for the safety of dogs and guests

Of the pets, only small dogs (within 10 kg) are allowed and must not have any contagious diseases.

If a staff member needs to visit your room, your dog must be on a leash or put in a cage.

Dogs are strictly restricted in public places and must be carried on a leash or in an arm or cage in public places such as the lobby, hallway, or elevator.

Dogs should not be left alone inside or outside the room, and the hotel and staff are not responsible for accidents or loss of dogs due to carelessness of the guardian.

If your dog defecates inside/outside the hotel, be sure to clean it up immediately.

If your dog barks excessively or is aggressive towards people or other dogs, it may result in a non-refundable eviction.

It is based on 1 dog per room, and up to 2 dogs are allowed, but a disinfection fee of 30,000 won per dog per night will be incurred.

Upon check-in, please agree to register the guarantee card for the use of the dog room. In case of damage to the interior of the room or amenities caused by a dog, the relevant amount will be deducted from the deposit. 

The hotel is not responsible for any injury, death, or property damage caused or related to the dog. Please note that guests staying with a dog will be held liable for any damages.
